OUR MISSION

PROCLAIMING THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
WHO SAID,
“I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE.”
(JOHN 14:6)

I AM THE WAY

In our humanity, we long to know what happens after this life. Jesus told His disciples that He was going away and that they would know the way to Him. It was “Doubting” Thomas who asked, “How can we know the way?” Jesus answered in simple, straightforward language, saying, “I am the way.”  We therefore strive to proclaim that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven – by grace alone, through faith alone, in Him alone.

I AM THE TRUTH

Before Pilate ordered that Jesus be crucified, he asked Him,  “Are you a king?” Jesus responded, “You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.” There is no shortage of false teaching about heaven in our world. We therefore proclaim Jesus so that people can hear His voice and know the truth.

I AM THE LIFE

With Lazarus lying dead in a tomb, Jesus told his sister, Martha,  “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” Being sinners, we have no hope for heaven in ourselves. There’s no good thing we can do to gain heaven. Life can only be found alone in Christ alone. We therefore proclaim Jesus as our only hope for eternal life!
